Order changes are easiest before fulfillment begins. If you need to adjust a bike, helmet, light, phone mount, mirror, or storage rack selection, please reach out as soon as possible with your order information. We will help where possible, but changes may be limited once the order is already being prepared for shipment.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed. Larger items, such as bikes or storage racks, may require careful handling, but our goal is to keep the delivery experience clear, efficient, and easy to follow.

Some mixed orders may arrive in separate packages. For example, a road bike, bike light, and helmet may be prepared differently because of size, packaging, or handling requirements. If that happens, each package should still be supported through the order process.
