VeloCore offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible products. The 30-day period begins on the date the carrier marks the order as delivered. Return requests made after this period may not qualify for a refund or exchange unless a separate written approval is provided by our support team.
To keep the review accurate, we recommend starting the return process as soon as you know the product is not right for your needs. This is especially important for cycling products that may require size, fit, compatibility, or installation review, such as helmets, gloves, bike phone mounts, bike mirrors, and bike storage racks.

Eligible Items
Eligible items generally include products that are returned in clean, complete, and reviewable condition. For VeloCore, this may include Mountain Bikes, Road Bikes, Kids Mountain Bikes, Bike Lights, Bike Phone Mounts, Bike Helmets, Cycling Gloves, Reflective Gear, Bike Mirrors, and Bike Storage Racks, as long as the item meets the condition standards required for return review.
Returned products should include all original components, accessories, inserts, manuals, mounting hardware, protective materials, and packaging when applicable. For items with adjustable or installable parts, such as bike phone mounts, mirrors, lights, and storage racks, all included parts should be returned together to avoid delays or partial review.
Products that show normal inspection handling may still be reviewed, but products showing heavy use, road wear, installation damage, missing parts, misuse, modification, or customer-caused damage may be declined or receive an adjusted refund decision.
Non-Returnable Cases
Some orders may not qualify for return or refund approval. This helps protect product quality, rider safety, and fair review standards. A return may be declined if the item is damaged from misuse, missing important parts, altered, heavily used, installed incorrectly, or returned outside the approved return window.
Items may also be declined if they are returned without prior authorization, shipped to the wrong location, packaged in a way that causes preventable damage, or returned with incomplete identifying information. VeloCore support must be able to connect the returned product to the original order before a refund can be reviewed.
Refund Method and Timing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, VeloCore will review whether the return meets the policy requirements. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. The time it takes for funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Original shipping costs are not charged by VeloCore because we provide free shipping on all products. If a return is approved under our free return policy, the eligible refund amount will be reviewed based on the product price paid after any automatic discount, promotional adjustment, or approved order credit.
If your order included an automatic 15% subscriber discount or selected automatic 20% promotional discount, the refund amount will be based on the final amount paid for the returned product, not the original pre-discount product price.
Exchanges
VeloCore offers free exchanges within 30 days for eligible products when an exchange is available. Exchanges are useful if you need a different product solution, a better compatible accessory, or a replacement item after support review. Availability may vary by product type, inventory, and order status.
